| This sister is powerful, and this is no stretch of the imagination. It is an honor to see her develop from a fiery youth a passionate young activist, who loves her community. She is truly a warrior and a queen that is the epitome of Tupac’s words, “A rose from concrete.” She inspires us all to continue to work at rebuilding our community and investing in our children, which is our future. -
